14-Day Return Right
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. This is in accordance with Norwegian consumer law (Angrerettloven). To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us via the contact form or by email.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been damaged, modified, or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their function may be subject to a reduced refund. We reserve the right to deduct for any diminished value.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Warranty
All Lividexx products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Exceptions
Custom or specially configured orders may not be eligible for return. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via the contact form on the About page or send an email to our support address. Include your order details and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
